As Tigger mentioned, we had a rocky road to take to Disney. Luckily all of my stuff got figured out too and I'm taking 2 easy online courses to stay as a half-time student at MSU!
On to the Disneyfication!!! As Nikki said, we are roomies in a one bedrom apartment (We dont have to share! YAY!) it is so cute and we're almost done unpacking and setting up. We just need to find a place to hide all the boxes...
I FOUND OUT WHERE I'M WORKING! I'm gonna be at MGM Studios! My job description says I am an "Icon Showkeeper". A "Showkeeper" I was told, is what we custodians are called (cool title huh? I think they try to make up for the dorkey uniform we're supposed to wear, hehe). And I was also told I'd be working around the middle of the park, hence the "icon" in the description. (the Wizards Hat is in the middle and is the icon of MGM studios). The lady I talked to turned out to be my training coordinator as well! So she was very helpful.
Tomorrow is "Traditions", Nikki and I are in group 1 in the morning and the rest are in the afternoon group 2. Then we all have training days this week! I am so excited!!!
I took some pictures of us traveling which I will try to post later.
Oh, and the title of this post... Becca and Thomas call me tinkerbell so...
